The project aims to purchase radio equipment to establish a Pentecostal Christian base FM radio station in Kampala and to encourage more direct participation of young Christian youth in spreading the good news of our lord Jesus Christ through a variety of programmes.
Light Christ FM aims to:
- Bring glory to God in all that we broadcast.
- Evangelize and preach the gospel
- Provide educational programmes which promote health, spiritual and world news
- Encourage and enable personal involvement in the care of those who are spiritually, emotionally, physically, or financially poor.
- Enhance fellowship, communication, and relationship-building within the Christian community
- Promote and uplift upcoming local gospel music artists.
Light Christ FM aims to reach over 1 million listeners and enable;
- People to come into relationship with their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
- The broken hearted and traumatized to find healing and forgiveness
- People to reach their full potential through spiritual and emotional guidance.
We are requesting for financial support towards the setup and purchase of radio equipment and building a radio tower mast, to allow a stronger signal that can reach more distant areas of Uganda.
